Your trainer is responsible for your:

- Teaching you proper form for every exercise
- Adjusting your routine as needed
- Holding you accountable to your commitments
ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
BLITZ
- Thirty minutes with trainer
- 10 sessions $700 (minimum commitment of 2 session per week)
- 20 sessions $1300 (minimum commitment of 3 sessions per week)
PREFERRED
- Fifty five minutes with trainer
- 10 sessions $1000 (minimum commitment of 1 session per week)
- 20 sessions $1800 (minimum commitment of 3 sessions per week)
PREMIUM
- 90 minutes with trainer
- Includes a 15-30 minute invasive stretch and massage gun session at the end depending on clients needs.
- 10 sessions $1400 (minimum commitment of 2 days per week)
ONLINE COACHING SERVICES
Online coaching includes access to our online fitness app, weekly check-ins with your coach, and regular communication via text and email. Whether you need nutritional and exercise guidance to step up your game, or you are starting completely from scratch, our team is ready to help you achieve your goals. Love to cook or hate the kitchen, we have teamed up with meal prep companies that can deliver straight to your door or we can provide you with a custom plan to prepare at home. Whether you have access to a gym or just have some basic accessories at home, we will design a program to best fit your needs!
